I cannot thank you enough for your prayerful and financial support. Your commitment and generosity is a testimony to your great faith in God and your great love for our parish. Like so many of those who made personal sacrifices to build our church nearly eighty years ago, so many of you are doing the same today to assure that what we currently have will become even better and continue for generations to come.
As a way to thank you for your contribution, and so that future members of your family may know of your generous sacrifice, your name(s) will be inscribed in our Book of Remembrance which will be placed at the entrance of our new shrine. Its location will be visible to all who visit to the Blessed Sacrament and will serve as a reminder to them to pray for you and your intentions.
As we move forward with our renovation, I want to remind all those who have made a pledge of the importance to fulfill that pledge. They are vital to our success and necessary to complete our renovation project. Please let our office know if you wish to receive an occasional reminder to pay the installment on your pledge.
Although we have reached our Capital Campaign goal, please know that we are still receiving donations for our renovation project. These donations will help off-set the cost of materials and labor which continue to rise due to on-going inflation. Also, if we collect enough donations, it is my hope that we will be able to re-do the entire parking lot of which sections are in terrible disrepair.
There are many challenges ahead, but like those we have conquered in the past, so with God’s grace, we will conquer them in the future. This is an exciting time in the history of our parish. I thank you for your support and look forward to May 13, 2028 when we will celebrate with great joy the re-consecration of our renovated church.
